Description

Glacier AR is a white elastomeric roof coating designed to restore and extend the life of commercial and residential roofs. It reduces energy costs and environmental impact, with >250 psi tensile strength and >350% elongation for excellent flexibility. Suitable for PVC, TPO, EPDM, ModBit, BUR, and metal roofs. Not for use on shingles, slate, or terracotta.

Product Instructions

Store between 40–100°F. Mix thoroughly before use. Only apply when temps are 40°F and rising. Clean and dry the roof before coating. Replace damaged fasteners. Seal all seams and fasteners with Glacier Seal. Prime rusted areas with Glacier Primer. Reinforce cracks with Glacier Fabric embedded between two coats of Glacier AR.

Clean Up: Soap and water (wet coating).

Shelf Life: One year from the date of manufacture.
